The album "Mithra" by the band ANOUSHBARD continues to draw attention, due to the quality of their songs and the beautiful mixture of Progressive Metal with ethnic elements from Iran, which has made the band's music unique.
The New Horizons Zine recently published a review on the album "Mithra", in the words of João Messias JR.: "... An excellent example is the responsibility of Anoushbard. Coming from an unlikely Iran, it has three years of journey and last year they released their first material, Mitra, making a mix of prog and metal, sprinkled with many elements of their country's music, Sherwin Baradaran (vocals, guitar), Siavash Motalebi (guitar), Arman Tirmahi (bass) and Sasan Soflaei (drums) show that they are excellent musicians, bringing heaviness, climates and melodies at the right moments, which despite the long songs, do not tire the listener.
